These terms apply to the SUFR website at sufr.app. SUFR is currently in pre-launch — the product is not yet available. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, nor does it constitute a purchase or binding agreement. Benefits mentioned (beta access, free month, lifetime discount) reflect our current intent and may change before launch.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site — no automated scraping, spamming the signup form, or attempting to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to block access if needed.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding on this site belong to SUFR. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without permission.

SUFR is not yet a fitness product. Nothing on this site constitutes medical or training advice. The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
